Role Overview
Play the lead role in designing and delivering solutions.

You need …

12+ years of solid IT application development experience
Deep expertise of Java technologies including Spring and Hibernate
Experience of leading large, bespoke application architecture and build (team size 15+)
Still be very hands on e.g. can debug developers code
Doing lots of own technical research in own time
Blue chip projects
Posses leadership and customer engagement skills
Experience of building systems using formal methodologies
Excellent oral and written communications


Travel Requirements
Country-wide and international
